Privacy policy

Contact details (your name and mobile number), the unit and contract information you enter yourself, and site usage data. Contract documents are uploaded only at later stages and with your explicit consent.

We use your data to contact you about your request, assess your case, match opportunities, and improve the service. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Data is held on secured servers, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorised staff. Your password is stored as a one-way hash that nobody can read.

We use Resend to send email, Wasabi to store documents, and Mapbox to display locations. Maps load only when you ask for one, so viewing a listing does not by itself reach the map provider.

You may ask us to correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by contacting us — subject to any legal obligation to retain transaction records.
