Aqar Luqtah is an Egyptian marketplace for instalment-contract transfers with no over-price, built on one idea: the numbers should be clear before anyone commits.

The problem we work on

Egypt’s assignment market largely runs on WhatsApp groups and adverts carrying a single number. A buyer cannot tell how much has been paid, how much remains, or when the instalments fall due — and a seller talks to ten people to find one who is serious.

We do the boring, important part: collect the full contract picture, check the documents, and present the figures in a form anyone can read and compare.

How we work

Real numbers, not marketing numbers. There is no over-price and nothing added on top. What you see are the contract figures.

Verified means verified. The verified mark appears only when a person has actually seen the documents. Otherwise we say it has not been checked yet.

Seller privacy is absolute. Contact details, documents, and any willingness to discount stay between you and the team. None of it reaches a buyer.

No manufactured urgency. No fake countdowns, no “only one left”. A decision worth millions should not be rushed.
