How Aqar Luqtah works

Transferring an instalment contract involves paperwork and numbers. On Aqar Luqtah it happens with no over-price, and our job is to make both sides clear and check the details before anyone commits.

If you want to transfer a unit with no over-price

  1. 1

    Enter your unit details

The unit, the contract price, what you have paid the developer, the instalment and its frequency, and the fees. We save as you go, so you can finish later.

  2. 2

    Upload the contract and receipts

These are stored securely and are never shown to buyers. Only our team sees them, to verify the figures.

  3. 3

    We review and contact you

We may ask for an extra document or a clarification. If something is missing, we will tell you exactly what.

  4. 4

    Your unit goes live

Once approved, the listing appears with its full financial picture. We notify you the moment someone is interested.

If you are looking for a unit

  1. 1

Tell us what you can afford

The cash you have, the monthly instalment you can carry, and the areas that interest you. We rank the opportunities that genuinely fit.

  2. 2

See the numbers before you call

Every listing shows the cash required and who each part of it goes to, what remains to the developer, the instalment and its frequency, and every fee.

  3. 3

    Tap “I am interested”

The team reaches out — usually on WhatsApp — to walk you through the details and answer your questions.

  4. 4

We stay with you to completion

From document review to signing at the developer’s office, we go through it with you step by step.

What we verify

Before a unit is published, we review the contract and payment receipts against the figures entered. Where we have actually checked the documents, the listing carries a “Verified” mark. Where we have not, we say so plainly rather than leaving it ambiguous.

How we make money

We do not add anything on top of the unit’s price, and there is no “over price” concept on this platform. The figures you see are the real contract numbers as the seller entered them and we checked them.
